8 Week Wellness Program.
Our 8 week wellness program is the perfect way to get started with Nutritional Therapy. In this 8 week program, you will work 1:1 with Andrea to:
Review completed intake forms and food/mood journal
Discuss and set goals; dietary and lifestyle
Education tools: learning to read food labels, pantry clean out 101
Create a bio-individual nutrition program
Develop two, 7 day meal plans
Two ½ hour virtual sessions a week to review progress and make changes as necessary

The cost of the 8 week program is $635. This can be paid all at one or in installments before each session.
Cancellation Fees and Refund Policy: All services will be non-refundable. There will be a 50% session fee charged for any no shows, cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours. All payment is due at the beginning of each appointment if not paying up front.
Insurance does not cover this service.

No, the purpose of nutritional coaching is not for weight loss, though this might be a goal you have for yourself.
We believe in the importance of accepting all bodies and that we can experience health and wellness regardless of body size or shape. Nutritional Coaching helps to understand the important role nutrition has in our well being and teaches skills to understand your nutritional needs and how to meet you nutritional needs. This is not a diet plan.
