Andrea Barts, NTP (she/her)
Vitality.
“A state of being full of life and energy. It encompasses physical, mental, and emotional vigor, often associated with health, strength, and resilience. Vitality is not just about feeling energetic but also having the capacity to thrive and engage fully with life and maintaining a balance that supports overall well-being. It’s the ability to adapt, recover, and flourish. It is often enhanced by proper nutrition, self-care, and a positive mindset.”
As a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, I am passionate about helping individuals uncover their unique path to wellness. I believe that no two bodies are the same, and that true health begins with understanding and honoring our bio-individual needs.
Using a holistic, science-based approach, I empower my clients to make informed choices that support their physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Whether it’s optimizing digestion, improving energy levels, balancing mood, or supporting specific health concerns, my goal is to create personalized strategies that align with your lifestyle and wellness goals.
At the heart of my practice is a deep respect for the body’s ability to heal when given the right tools. Through nourishing foods, supportive lifestyle habits, and compassionate guidance, I strive to help my clients find balance, vitality, and sustainable health.
Let’s work together to unlock your potential and create a life where you feel your best—one step, one bite, and one mindful choice at a time!
Experience: I am a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner through the Nutritional Therapy Association since 2022. I also have my Master's Degree in Social Work in 2013 from Grand Valley State University. I have experience in medical social work and supporting mental health through nutrition.
Favorite Part of Being a NTP: My favorite part of being a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner is being able to witness the transformation that occurs when a person discovers what truly works for their bodies. It’s incredibly rewarding to see clients regain their energy, confidence, and joy as they embrace their personalized approach to wellness.
Having the opportunity to empower individuals with knowledge and helping them understand how food, lifestyle, and mindset all work together to support optimal health is rewarding. Every person’s journey is unique, and being a guide in that process, celebrating their triumphs and offering support through challenges, is both an honor and a privilege.
In the end, the best part is knowing I’ve helped someone feel seen, supported, and equipped to take control of their wellness for the long term.
Description of services: My approach to wellness focuses on the powerful connection between nutrition, physical health, and mental well-being. As a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, I am able to provide personalized coaching and guidance to help you achieve balance, vitality, and long-term health through your food and lifestyle choices.
Disclaimer: Nutritional therapy practitioners (NTPs) do not diagnose, treat medical conditions or prescribe medications. An NTP is trained to evaluate your nutritional needs and make recommendations of dietary and lifestyle change. No comment or recommendation from your NTP should be construed as a medical diagnosis or prescription. Reaching optimal health requires sincere commitment, possible lifestyle changes, and a positive attitude. If you are not willing to change how you eat and live, Nutritional Therapy is not the right approach for you. This a coaching service, not a medical or psychotherapy service.
