Resources.
It takes a community to obtain and sustain connectedness and wellbeing. We believe it is often necessary to incorporate multiple levels of support for healing. To provide an integrative, whole person approach to obtaining mental wellness and healing, we need to collaborate with other practitioners, healers and organizations in our community.
We are working with others in the community to break the stigma surrounding mental health and to bring healing and mental wellness to the Grand Rapids area.

Somatic Healing & Mindfulness.
Our bodies store memories, they hold our past experiences, our emotions, our trauma. It is important to feel comfortable and safe within your own body in order to face the tough stuff in therapy. Working with somatic healers can build trust within yourself and help to release emotions and traumas that you may be physically holding onto. Mindfulness brings us into the present moment, allowing us to recognize and accept our thoughts, feelings and body sensations.
